His ardent zeal and enthusiasm to impart his learning and train the next breed of actors and actresses in both theatre, film and television industry pushed him to establish his own theatre & events production after leaving his fifteen fruitful years in corporate journey as a Senior Operations Manager at SM Corporation and Vice President for Operation in Havainas Philippines. His dream of inculcating theatre discipline is his first goal towards achieving one’s dream of making it to the mainstream. He started his career in Theater when he became a scholar at Dulaang PCU in 1994 and subsequently associated in professional Theater Companies in 1997.
